Thank you for declaring your conflict of interest. That doesn't mean you can write what you like, you must follow the guidance below:

  • you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the organisation or company, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, logs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company or organisation
  • You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
  • There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
  • You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.

Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Also read Your first article. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 15:47, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

More[edit]

There was no chance of your draft being accepted as posted. Please read the comments above

Your "references" were almost entirely to your own website or to press releases. We need independent third-party sources
If you look at the notability page I've linked above, I can't see how are claiming that your product qualifies as notable as defined here
Your text is full of promotion claims that are sourced to your own website, your parent company or your press releases, eg A familiar name and market leader with years of experience managing critical contracts and agreements, Zycus boasts... was born to offer a best-in-class e-signature solution that will be easy to use, 100% secure to deploy, and legally compliant in 70+ countries... in an easy, safe, and legally secure manner... plus a handy bit of direct spamming Certinal eSign is available through enterprise-level subscriptions - demonstration call.. I notice that everything is "offered", presumably not for free. Even your claim Representative Vendor in the 2022 Gartner® Market Guide for Electronic Signature is sourced to your own press release rather than to the guide. Incidentally, it's not our job to protect trademarks and registered names.
You had multiple external links in the text, including spamlinks to your own sites

For the sake of completeness, note that headings should be in sentence case, and that because of your COI, if you recreate, you must do so as a draft again and submit for review. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 10:52, 16 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

April 2024[edit]

Hello, I have reverted your recent edits to Digital signature. See Wikipedia:Spam. IXNL-UUCP (talk) 18:00, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Digital signature. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 07:06, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
